Malibu Black Rum, It’s about time a coconut flavored rum with a bite! This black rum spanked with coconut liqueur weighs in at 35% alcohol and 70 proof; quite a bit stronger than the regular Malibu rum at just 22% – 24% alcohol content.

I love using coconut rum but always have to add some regular or spiced to give it a little kick, but not any more. Malibu Black Rum Recipe

Malibu Sunset Martini:

1.5 ounces Malibu Black Rum

2 ounces orange juice

1 ounce pineapple Juice

splash of grenadine

Pour all contents into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, Shake it up and strain into a chilled Martini glass; garnish with a cherry and a pineapple wedge.
